Return and Refund Policy – FOBA Studios

At FOBA Studios, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the following conditions.

Right of Return

You have 14 days to return an item, starting from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of return, you must contact us in writing at [insert email] within the 14-day period, including your order number, name, and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Returns made after the 14-day deadline will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

In order for a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must not have been used – it must be in the same condition as when you received it.

• No visible signs of use – including stains, odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), wear, or any other indication that the item has been worn.

• Original packaging and tags must be intact. Tags must not be removed, and any original packaging (bags, boxes, etc.) must be included.

• For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, socks, or similar items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue only a partial refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.

Any shipping costs paid with the order will not be refunded (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

Claims

If the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or otherwise does not meet the agreed standard, you are entitled to make a claim under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 2-year warranty. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the defect.
