Returns And Exchanges

All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as the products are unused and in their original condition.

All returns cost 49 DKK.

All returns must be sent with Dao. Please create a return label DAO and use the following return details:

You cannot cancel your purchase by failing to pick up your packages at the pick-up point.

If the packages are not collected, they will be considered returned by you – and we reserve the right to charge you for return and re-delivery costs.
